All Yoga begins with Śhravaṇa — sacred listening.
Before Āsana, before Prāṇāyāma, before Dhyāna — there must be Śhruti, the capacity to listen deeply.
This is Shruta Sampradāya, the tradition of revelation through sound.

Sound (Śhabda) is the vehicle of knowledge (Jñāna).
Through Anāhata Nāda — the inner vibration — the aspirant awakens receptivity, humility, and the stillness required for true transformation.
Thus, every session, mantra, and discourse begins with Śhravaṇa — silent absorption and inward attention.
