Yes. Upon successful completion, students receive a Yoga Alliance-certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, which is internationally recognized and allows graduates to teach yoga professionally worldwide.
The course includes Traditional Hatha Yoga, Asana Practice, Alignment & Adjustments, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Teaching Methodology, Yogic Lifestyle Practices, and Practicum Teaching Sessions.
The program is conducted as an intensive 45-day residential immersion designed to provide a complete yogic lifestyle experience.
Yes. The course includes comfortable accommodation and nourishing Ayurvedic vegetarian meals prepared according to traditional yogic principles.

Yes. The course includes extensive teaching practice, sequencing, class management, and practical teaching methodology to prepare you to confidently teach yoga classes.
Students are advised to bring comfortable yoga clothing, personal toiletries, a notebook, a reusable water bottle, and any prescribed medications. A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.
Yes. Students are evaluated through practical teaching assessments, attendance, participation, assignments, and final examinations to ensure they meet certification standards.
