At Velvetmint Media, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered promptly and securely.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Time: Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the nature of the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays: While we work with trusted partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, or natural events). Velvetmint Media will not be held responsible for such delays.
We maintain a strict no-refund policy once an order has been successfully completed and delivered.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Order Not Shipped: If Velvetmint Media or Yogatatva is unable to process or ship your order.
Processing Failure: If there is an internal issue preventing us from fulfilling your order.

Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note:
Refunds are not issued for customer errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a completed order.
Digital or downloadable products are considered final sale once delivered.
